Automotives
The product is designed to have high pigmentation or a clear top coat with ability of accepting metallic pigments. Good film built up with good flow properties. The cured film has good mechanical properties along with flexibility and toughness. Being an acrylic product it is especially known for non yellowing properties and good weathering resistance. It is generally recommended as a top coat for the automobile and other auto refinishes
Usage: Recommended as a protective top coat for topcoats with suitable primers for the automobile refinishes and body applications. It can be used asa topcoat for other metal based coatings.
Thinning: Mix with 2K Acrylic Hardener
Availability: Toyo shades and in various shades as per customer requirement.
It is based on a plasticizing alkyd in combination with a suitable nitrocellulose component. In combination it forms a quick drying and setting. It has a good level of pigmentation that ensures good film built up, good flow and toughness. It exhibits exemplary gloss retention. It has clear version with varying gloss option for better ambience.
Usage: It is recommended as topcoat enamel for the Automotive and wood work. It is also used for other decorative needs.
Availabilty: In wide range of colours.
Thinning: Robbialac Viton standard thinner/hi-gloss Thinner
Coverage: The theoretical coverage of Viton NC top coat would be approximately 10 – 12sq.m/lit at a Dry film thickness of 25 to 30 μ.
The product is suitable for non-ferrous surfaces that are clear composition on modified acrylic polyol-based resin to form a two-component product cured with an appropriate catalyst. It accepts both two pack and single pack top coats with good adhesion.
Usage: Recommended for non-ferrous substrates galvanized steel (both new and old), copper, aluminum surfaces and good acceptance of various topcoats.
Surface preparation: The surface to be painted needs to be clear of grease, oil and wax. For best result, use solvent to clean the surface. It is a two-component product and has to be mixed thoroughly individually before it is mixed together for uniformity.
Thinning recommendation: VITON 2K ACRYLIC (SLOW) THINNER and to the extent of maximum of 10% of the paint.
Method of application: By spray gun, use brush when required
Spillage and disposal: In case of accidental spillage, cover it with inert material sand/ saw dust and can be disposed as per local regulations
Storage: In well ventilated rooms at a temperature not more than 35°c and it’s original container
Shelf life: Best before one year from the date of manufacture in original sealed container

AQUA EMULSION

- Available in a 3:1 ratio with a suitable hardener, i.e., 3L pack alongside its curing agent/hardener in a 1L pack.
2K POLYURETHANE
- This is a two-component, non-yellowing, acrylic-modified polyurethane coating.
- It performs well in both exterior and interior weather conditions.
- Has UV-resistant properties.
- Used for the protection of steel and other appropriate surfaces.
- Available in a combination of 3L base paint and 1L hardener/curing agent.
SPEEDKOTE ROAD MARKING
- A quick-drying, solvent-based road marking paint.
- Serves as a traffic guide and visual language that communicates rules and regulations to motorists and pedestrians.
- Used on all road surfaces, including asphalt, bare concrete, crosswalks, parking lots, industrial floor markings, and airports.
