- Constituted by a special grade of synthetic grade of alkyd with selected pigments which hold anticorrosive properties and heat resistant properties.
- The product is endowed with fast drying and good setting with good adhesion and upon drying it forms a tough and smooth film with medium sheen
- Long lasting properties and can be safely used under service conditions of running vehicles
Designed Use:
- It is strongly recommended as an ideal coat for radiators that are associated with motor vehicles

Coverage:
The theoretical coverage of ROBBIALAC SPEEDKOTE RADIATOR PAINT would be approximately 10 – 12 M² /liter at a Dry film thickness of 40 µ.
*Due consideration must be given to the evenness of the surface and the nature of the substrate.
Surface preparation:
- Avoid humid conditions >95% and also dew point of <3% for application
- The expected life span is directly related to the surface cleanliness and proper application.
- Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from dust, grease and other loose flakes especially for areas that are contaminated with motor oil that would be detrimental in the proper application
- Apply dilute base coat of ROBBIALAC SPEEDKOTE RADIATOR PAINT finally applying one or two final topcoats as required (with less diluents), giving a gap of four hours drying time between each coat
- *Not suitable for immersed conditions & cannot be coated with 2K, Vinyl & aromatic thinned alkyd systems.
Method of application:
- By roller/brush and if large areas are to be painted one can use suitable spray application. To keep the brush/roller and spray equipment in good condition for use, clean the same in ROBBIALAC INDUSTRIAL THINNER and dry them immediately after application.
Thinning recommendation:
- ROBBIALAC INDUSTRIAL THINNER and to the extent of maximum of 5-10% of the paint by volume.
- Stir well with a convenient mixing equipment for uniformity to ensure good mixing of all the components.
